A brand deal is thirty videos, a deadline and an invoice nobody chased. Creators Docket keeps all three straight — what to film today, what's been delivered, and which brand still hasn't paid.
Most creators run their deals on a spreadsheet, and it works right up until it doesn't — two tabs disagree, a deadline passes quietly, or a brand pays and nobody notices.
Thirty videos due in ten days is three a day. Every deal you have, added up, so the number you see in the morning is the real one — not the one you hoped for.
A deal cannot be marked paid before the videos exist. That rule lives in the database, not in a checkbox, so it holds even when the app is wrong.
Delivered work becomes a PDF invoice with your bank details and payment link, sent from your name so replies come back to you.
Your rate per brand, from your own history — the last price you agreed, never a lifetime average that talks you into quoting low.
Commission, contest money and shop GMV across each of your handles, by month and by year, with a tax figure set aside before you spend it.
Ask what you're owed, who's late, or what to charge next. It proposes the change and waits for you to approve it.
Nobody starts over. Upload the workbook you keep now and it reads it — deals, video counts, fees, due dates, and your monthly income across every account, including the years stacked one under another the way real spreadsheets grow.
Every row it understood and every row it didn't, with the reason, before anything is saved. If it guessed a column wrong you point at the right one.
Two years of deals is two years of rate history — which is what tells you whether the number a brand just offered is good.
One button exports everything you have ever put in. It is your business record. You should not need our permission, or our continued existence, to keep it.
One brand deal covers a year of this. Cancel whenever — your export goes with you.
One or two brands at a time, finding your feet.
A full slate of brands and more than one account.
Managing a lot of work, or working with a manager.
No. Everything works without it. Connecting an account just means posted videos tick themselves off instead of you doing it — read-only, and we never post, message or follow on your behalf.
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Commission and shop GMV live in TikTok Shop, which is a different system from the creator API and not open to apps like this one. You enter those monthly, or import them from your spreadsheet.
You export it, in one file, whenever you like. Delete your account and it is gone from the live system immediately and from backups within fourteen days.
Account and routing numbers are encrypted before they are stored and are not sent to your browser on an ordinary screen — only when you are making an invoice that needs them.
That is mostly what it is for. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app. The daily screen is built to be used one-handed, on set.
Normal, and handled. Income is tracked per handle, so you can see which account is actually earning — including old handles you have since renamed.
